Shipping
What are the delivery times and costs?
All orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.
Standard and express delivery times start from the shipment of the order, not from the payment.
- To Metropolitan France:
- Free Colissimo delivery: 2 to 3 business days after the shipment of your order.
- DHL Express delivery (€15): 24 business hours after the shipment of your order. - To the European Union:
Belgium, Germany, Vatican City State, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Portugal.
- Free Colissimo delivery for orders €150 and above: 2 to 3 business days after the shipment of your order.
- Colissimo delivery (€15) for orders €149 and below: 2 to 3 business days after the shipment of your order.
- DHL Express delivery (€15) for orders €149 and below: 48 to 72 business hours after the shipment of your order.
- Free DHL Express delivery for orders €150 and above: 48 to 72 business hours after the shipment of your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our Shipping page for the list of countries we ship to.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can find more information on our Shipping page.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to return all or part of your order. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled. Items returned without the attached label will not be eligible for a refund.
It is important to include the delivery note (the sheet received in your initial package) so that we can identify your order and proceed with the refund.
Please follow the following steps:
- Ensure that you have all the necessary items for the return (adhering to the timeframe and ensuring the condition of the item is appropriate).
- Insert the completed delivery note into your return package, making sure to include the order number, as well as your name and surname.
- Attach the return slip found in the package to the outside of the packaging.
- Drop off the package at the post office before the end of the 14-day period from the receipt of your package.
If you cannot find your return slip, feel free to contact hello@pilzerparis.com to obtain a new one.
In France, returns are free for non-sale items. However, please note that sale items are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, please follow the steps described above.
The return fee amounts to 5.80 euros and will be deducted from the refund.
For countries other than France:
If you wish to return a purchase made on our e-commerce site from a country other than France, please note that we do not offer free returns. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please also note that it is necessary to settle any customs fees when sending the package to us.
To initiate the return, please follow these steps (excluding France):
- Ensure that you have all the necessary items for the return (adhering to the timeframe and ensuring the condition of the item is appropriate).
- Insert the delivery note (the sheet received in your initial package) into your return package, making sure to include the order number, as well as your name and surname.
- Send the package to the following address: PILZER, 12 rue Salneuve 75017 Paris.
- Drop off the package at the post office before the end of the 14-day period from the receipt of your package.
- Ensure that you settle the return shipping costs.
Why don't we offer free returns?
Pilzer aims to reduce its margins in order to offer you more affordable prices. That is why we do not include the costs associated with returns in the prices of our products. This approach provides greater transparency for you.
The refund will be processed upon receipt of your return package at our warehouse, within approximately 10 days.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to return all or part of your order. Therefore, you have 14 days to drop off your return at the post office.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed by our Logistics Department.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
How do I send my returns?
You can use any courier of your choice!
We recommend using a tracked mail service and obtaining proof of shipment with the visible address in case of any issues or loss.
If your return is for a purchase made on our e-shop from a country other than France, please note that you will need to pay any customs fees when sending the package to ensure it reaches us.
Can I exchange for a different size/color?
We accept exchanges for a different size. We offer free and easy exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you the requested new size (if available). If the size you want to exchange is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or store credit will be offered based on the eligibility of the item.
What should I include in my return?
To ensure a refund, it is necessary to adhere to the following guidelines:
- The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clean.
- The label/tags must still be attached to the item.
Can I return sale items?
Returns of sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items, including flash sale items, can only be returned for store credit or size exchange. We do not offer free returns for sale items (both within France and internationally), and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. A deduction of 5.80 euros will be made from the refund.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply select the desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
You have the option to pay for your order using:
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- PayPal.
- Alma.
*Please note that we do not have access to your banking information. Transactions are processed entirely by the secure payment module of our partner, SHOPIFY PAYMENTS. Your payment is fully secure and subject to 3D Secure authentication.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order has not been finalized.
Once your order is paid and placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
However, once you receive the order, you can return the items within 14 days to receive a refund. Please refer to the procedures outlined in the "Returns & Refunds" section for further instructions.
I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation email, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your spam or junk email folders.
- Ensure that you are checking the correct email address associated with your purchase.
- If you still can't find the confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us through the website's contact platform or via hello@pilzerparis.com.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
What is a pre-order item?
We produce our pieces in limited quantities, which means they sell out quickly. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your spot and ensure that you get what you want.
The item will be shipped on the date indicated in the product description. In some circumstances, pre-order dates may be subject to change.
Please note that your card will be charged in full when a pre-order is placed. This is the only way to allocate the item to you.
My item is out of stock, when will it be available again?
We invite you to enter your email address below the product in the "Out of Stock" section to be notified of its return.
